Q1: Can you do customized designs and package?

Yes, we can customize products based on your design and packaging requirements. Please send your detailed designs to us. I will check and reply as soon as possible.

 

Q2: What is your OEM service procedures?

Confirm the artwork from the customer, modify it, and then make the samples.

Making counter samples within 2–3 days. (A sample fee is required and will be returned after the order.) After the quality, price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production. Confirm the shipment details of the products, and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.

 

Q3: What is your MOQ?

The MOQ for each product is different. For normal styles, the MOQ is 100 pairs per style/color/size. Please send me your design for checking. I will go back to you as soon as possible.

 

Q4: How about your sample fee and sample time?

If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect. If you need your own design or we have no socks in stock, it takes $30-$100 per style/color/size with freight collect according to your requirements. But it is refundable after order taken. Use the available yarn in market, Sample time is about 2-3 days after design confirmed. Use the dyed yarn , Sample time is about 10-15 days after design confirmed.

 

Q5: How can I get a sample?

1. For a sample of our stock style, a quality sample is free.

2. For a customized sample, please send me the design for reference, and I will quote you as soon as possible.
